We were so very fortunate to have purchased an amazing 1929 historic registered Spanish Villa in the city of Orange. Sharon is now a key part of our amazing story and of how this miracle of a house became a true reality. While we plan to be in this home as our final home, we have given Sharon's name to many friends that are considering buying a home. After moving to the San Francisco Bay Area, we made the decision to sell our first home in Placentia. We had tried one before to sell it but our experience with that agent was all bad. When we decided to sell again, we sought out Sharon because she sold a house across the street from us when we first had ours on the market. My mother passed away and we decided that our family would go ahead and try and sell her home. Since she was an original owner and our Dad had been gone for 27 years the home was kept neat but in need of many upgrades. We also had a renter and wanted to give that family time to find a new place to live and not disrupt their living any more than necessary. We contacted Sharon and she began working with us and the party who occupied the house as well. She was always very professional, caring and supportive to everyone who was involved in this process. She really took a lot of stress off of us and was especially kind and thoughtful because we were dealing with a serious illness during this time. We were relocating from a home and neighborhood we liked very much, so this was a difficult transition for us; we also knew little about Northern Orange County. Inventory was lowand we were on a deadline to purchase a new home as we had sold our previous home. We looked at a LOT of homes.
