Here's how MY fees work:  
You decide what to offer the agent who brings a buyer to your home
(industry standard is 2.5%)

Up to $500,000, my listing fee is 2.5%.
$500,001-$1,000,000, my listing fee is 2%
$1,000,001-$2,000,000, my listing fee is 1.5%
$2,000,000 plus, my listing fee is 1.0%
